Getting your home ready

Before we list, I come to your home for a walk-through consultation. We go room by room, and I give you clear, specific recommendations on what's worth doing and what isn't.

The goal is to put your time and money where buyers will actually notice it, and skip what isn't likely to pay off.

  1. Professional photos and video

    We start with professional photography and a marketing video so your home looks its best everywhere it's seen.

  2. Coming soon, 24 hours after photos

    Your home goes up as coming soon to start building interest before showings open.

  3. Full launch, 48 hours later

    Your listing goes fully live, with our team's marketing behind it.

  4. Open houses the first two weekends

    We hold open houses the first two weekends so as many buyers as possible get to walk through.

  5. A price review together

    Once real showing and feedback data comes in, we sit down together and look at what buyers are telling us. Then you decide the next step.

Zillow Showcase

I offer Zillow Showcase listings as an option. It's an upgraded listing with an interactive floor plan, a virtual tour and more visibility on Zillow. We can talk through whether it makes sense for your home.

With The Utah Life Team and 100+ agents helping, your home is marketed locally, statewide, nationally and internationally. And my team helps with the paperwork and contracts all the way through closing.
