Britta Jarvie Real Estate

About me

Nice to meet you.

I'm Britta. I was born and raised in Utah, and I've spent more than 16 years in the real estate industry.

I got my start in real estate back around 2004, working in title and escrow. From there I became a licensed mortgage loan officer.

I was in the market when 2008 hit, and I saw what happens when things go wrong. That experience shaped how I work today.

Before I became an agent, I taught elementary school for six years, 6th grade and 4th grade. Teaching is still a big part of who I am. I love helping people understand what's happening and why, so they can make decisions they feel good about.

Because I've worked in title, lending and real estate, I know what's going on behind the scenes. I can spot issues early, explain your financing options and negotiate with the full picture in mind.

I'm also a single mom, so I understand busy schedules and big life changes. Many of my clients have become friends, and that means more to me than anything.

I work with The Utah Life Team at EXP Realty, helping clients across Utah County and Salt Lake County. My team helps with paperwork and contracts through closing, and our marketing reaches buyers locally, statewide, nationally and internationally.

My path

  1. 01

    Title & escrow

Where I started. I learned how a transaction comes together, line by line.

  2. 02

    Mortgage loan officer

I became a licensed loan officer and saw firsthand how financing really works, including through the 2008 crash.

  3. 03

    Elementary teacher

Six years teaching 6th and 4th grade taught me patience and how to make the complicated simple.

  4. 04

    Real estate agent

Now I bring all of it together for my clients with The Utah Life Team at EXP Realty.
